Security
Your VisitLet’s keep each other safe
Safety and venue security is our utmost priority. We have a close working relationship with the authorities, including counter-terrorism services, local police and security partners.
Together we share best practices and intelligence, regularly assessing events and implementing security measures appropriate to each event. Our employees receive regular security, surveillance and response training and we encourage vigilance at all times.
We regularly review our security policies and our team is trained to make sure you have a safe and enjoyable visit. When you visit, you’ll see lots of things we are doing to help keep you safe. This includes security checks and monitoring, CCTV, and regular patrols. We are also doing lots of great work behind the scenes and while you may not see it, be reassured it is happening 24/7.
You can help do your bit too.

Sometimes artists don’t allow any photography during a concert and their policy may come into effect at short notice. Please check any pre-event guidance and obey any signage or team instructions.
Screening
When entering the venue, please be prepared to be screened by security partners. They will be carrying out bag searches, scanning, and in some cases body checks. Please be cooperative and patient - we are doing this to help keep everyone safe.
How you can help
We all have a vital role in helping to keep everyone safe. Here’s a few things you can do;
- Stay alert to people filming security exits, entrances CCTV or anything else that doesn’t feel right. If you see or hear something suspicious, trust your instincts. Tell our venue or security team straight away – do not wait or assume someone else will report it. You will not be wasting our time.
- Don’t leave any bags unattended or agree to look after someone else’s belongings. If you see unattended items or someone acting suspiciously, tell us straight away.
- If you need assistance, please speak with us or our security partners.
- Listen carefully to any venue announcements and follow instructions.
Zero tolerance
Coming to an event should be a fun and safe environment for everyone.
We have a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of anti-social behaviour towards others. This includes behaviour that causes harm, discomfort, or offence. We will not tolerate any form of verbal or physical abuse, harassment, discrimination, or disruptive actions.
Any individual engaging in anti-social behaviour may be refused entry or subject to immediate removal with no right to a refund. Further consequences may follow.
Together, let’s have an enjoyable time and let’s look out for each other
