You could be part of our 2024 Christmas pantomime Jack and the Beanstalk at Bournemouth Pavilion. UK Productions are looking for dancers aged 16 or over for the Principal Ensemble.

Auditions are being held in the Bournemouth Pavilion Ballroom on Thursday 13 June 2024at 12:30pm (dancers to arrive at 12pm to warm up).

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

• Role: Ensemble dancers who may be required to cover principal roles.
• You MUST be aged 16 or over (over licensing age and completed GCSEs). Please check that time off college/work is allowed before the audition.
• A high standard of both ballet and jazz is required.
• Dancers will be taught a routine on the day.
• Students must be available to start rehearsals from Monday 25 November 2024 (including two weeks full rehearsals - no time off will be allowed) and be available for the full schedule of performances from Saturday 7 December 2024 – Sunday 5 January 2025 inclusive. The first week of rehearsals will take place between the hours of 10am – 6pm (including Saturday) and the second week of rehearsals (production week) will take place between the hours of 10am – 10pm.
• Please prepare and film: a Disney song and a script (which will be sent to you when you register) to be emailed to UK Productions via WeTransfer ahead of the audition. Please also be prepared to sing if asked on the day and bring a backing track on iPod/iPhone/MP3.
• Ensemble Dancers will be paid a minimum £295 (16-17 years) rising to a minimum £525 (over 21 years) per week depending on age. Fully inclusive of travel and subs.
