Make the most of your visit to Bournemouth Pavilion and enjoy fantastic food and drink as part of your event experience.

We have several bars serving a great selection of beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks. As well as a selection of snacks, crisps, popcorn, sweets, chocolate and Beechdean Ice Cream.

Opening times and availability are subject to the show or event. Generally, bars are open 1 hour before the event starts.

Foyer Bar: Serving a selection of drinks and snacks, located inside our foyer

Theatre Bar: Serving a selection of drinks and snacks, located near the stalls, with plenty of seating available to enjoy a pre-show or interval drink

Circle Bar: Serving a selection of drinks and snacks, located in the circle, with plenty of seating available to enjoy a pre-show or interval drink

All of our bars and food and drink outlets, including Elevate Brasserie and Bar operate with contactless and card payments.

We operate a 'Challenge 25' policy. Please make sure you bring some ID along with you.

Pre-order your interval drinks before the show (at the Theatre or Circle Bar), and they will be ready for you to collect at the interval.

Elevate is the perfect destination for a pre-show meal, you are guaranteed a quality eating and drinking experience that’ll take your visit to the next level.

Please be aware that show nights can get very busy, so do book in advance to avoid disappointment for pre-show dining or drinks!

The Terrace Bistro

The Terrace Bistro, situated adjacent to the Bournemouth Pavilion, with indoor and outdoor seating available and stunning views across the Lower Gardens towards the bay. The Bistro is accessible via a lift.

The Terrace Bistro is currently closed and will re-open in Spring 2025.
